Welcome to the Tour de Cookie of Albuquerque, NM!
ABQ Running Shop, 8:00am October 11/09

Race/ride between 10 cookie-stands (hosted by local clubs and organizations) and eat as many pastries as possible! Proceeds will be donated to the Storehouse, an organization giving food and clothing to those in need for the last 40 years.
Participants will receive a collectible t-shirt and a custom made "cookie-medal". Your final time will be based on your ride-time and pastries eaten. Awards to top 3 finishers (male and female), best cookie-stand and most money-raiser.

Cookie-stands available for 2009!
If your club, group or organization would like to host a cookie-stand and become an official stop on the route we have the solution for you! There is no fee involved, all you have to do is bake 500-600 cookies with your friends, set up a stand on October 11th and sell your baked goods. All banners, tracking sheets, bike-racks etc will be provided by us. For more information please contact us at randy@abqrunningshop.com.

Packet Pickup
Saturday, October 10, 12:00–5:00pm at the ABQ Running Shop. Packet pickup and late registration also available Sunday, October 11, starting at 7:00am.
Cookie-Stands and Route
The distance depends on you! All ages and abilities are welcome. You'll receive a map with all the stops but you'll be responsible for finding them. You don't have to visit all stands so you can make the event as long (or short) as you want it... If you visit all stops the course is 34 miles.
